A small artisan producer based in Brighton, making all things cured, fermented and smoked. We use high welfare, ethically farmed produce from small independent, owner operated suppliers. All of our products are sold in 100% plastic free, compostable, biodegradable packaging.
High welfare sashimi-grade salmon sourced from the oldest independent owner operated salmon farm in Wester Ross, Scotland. Our smoked salmon is lightly cured in specially selected spices before a light smoke over chamomile.
